什麼樣的好滋味,可以讓平凡的什錦麵飄香五十年?台北萬華有一間的小吃店,五十八歲的老闆娘,從八歲開始就跟著媽媽學做麵,後來把媽媽的好手藝發揚光大,敖煮十二個小時的濃郁湯頭,讓店裡的什錦麵,最高紀錄一天賣出五百碗。
無論醉蝦拼盤、酥炸花枝、快炒三鮮、香酥排骨還是招牌什錦麵,這滿滿美食,都是這一位八歲就跟著媽媽學做麵老闆娘的拿手菜。
從小就愛做菜的廖麗珠,從媽媽手裡接下這間有五十年歷史的小吃店之後,還不斷改良配方,加入整隻老母雞敖煮湯頭,讓眼前這碗看來不起眼的什錦麵,也能口耳相傳,一碗從四十年代的兩塊七賣到現在的九十元,始終熱賣。
擁有十幾種配料的豪華什錦麵,香氣還飄到國外,許多觀光客來到台灣,一定要來這裡吃上一碗,最高紀錄一天賣出五百碗,老闆娘說,就是顧客的熱情,讓她不覺得辛苦,即使再累也要把媽媽專屬的好手藝繼續傳承下去。
